A tanka for me
My friend Horace Bush wrote a tanka about me. A tanka is a Japanese poem consisting of five lines, the first and third of which have five syllables and the other seven, making 31 syllables in all and giving a complete picture of an event or mood.

City Block Project
The City Block Project is meant to bring photographers in Charlotte together in creative expression. It’s about showing off the artsy side of Charlotte and proving we have a healthy creative class. I’ve created this project on behalf of The Light Factory’s young affiliate group, Paparazzi. It’s a 24-hour photography gathering that culminates in five winners being apart of two upcoming exhibits.
